The façade system by megawood® sets new standards for curtain-type, rear-ventilated façades and can be designed in a variety of ways by choosing the colour, format and attachment direction. With the sophisticated and specially developed click system, installation is quick, easy and requires only a few tools. The façade panels are snapped into the stainless steel substructure without screws using a patented system.
The main component with up to 75 % are wood fibres from sustainable cultivation. These are processed together with environmentally friendly additives and high-performance polymers from recycled plastics from first industrial applications into a high-strength material with an extremely dense surface.
In nature, everything follows a cycle - megawood® is oriented towards this. The fibres extracted from nature are formed into high-quality, recyclable façade panels that can be returned to the production cycle at the end of their "life". So the question of disposing of old panels does not even arise. The new megawood® façade system combines the structural advantages of a ventilated façade with the unique properties of this natural fibre-based material.
